8.2 Update

I've updated the Colorize Tool (+ its associated files for the color picker, better colorize, common image tools) for 8.2 compatibility. This involves a minor fix to the color picker and some small updates to better colorize + an update for the common image tool to not use emoji instead of icons for the image tools.
