Inline Linting Update

I've updated the lint add-on so it plays nicely with other lint hook addons, such as https://kigyo.itch.io/renpy-word-counter. Now the custom lint function will properly print user-added lint hooks to the custom lint file alongside the condition checking. Thank you to franklygeorge on the forums for suggesting it ✨
