8.2 Update + QoL improvement

As I check for compatibility with 8.2, I also added a QoL feature to this tool - now it will only save to the automatic json file when you quit the game, rather than also saving to the file on a soft reload. This prevents "double reloading". This update isn't necessary for any functionality; it's a quality-of-life feature and is optional to pick up.

I also made a small update to the main Colorize tool to get the most recent color picker & better colorize code. You can read the dev logs on those for more information.
